I. You are first and foremost not allowed to promote, distribute, instruct or otherwise give praise to questionable and illegal activities on our website and forums. This covers materials such as drugs, weapons and hate. However, poetry consisting of feelings towards these subjects may be accepted within boundaries as judged by Administrators and Moderators.

II. Second and none the less just as important is our policy on copyright infringement. Passing copyrighted material as your own is not only illegal but it is wrong and hurtful. You, the guest, are therefore absolutely and completely forbidden to partake in this deceptive behavior. Failure to uphold this condition will result in the notification of the original author and prompt rejection. We, the LoveSpell organization are not responsible for any material that we do or do not find to be products of copyright infringement.

III. Illegal materials and links to such items will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to distribution/use of illegal software (warez), hacking, cracking or any other harmful activity.

IV. Pornographic or otherwise obscene content or links to such material will be swiftly rejected/deleted. Anyone who does not abide by this rule will be banned from the forum. Child pornography is especially discouraged and unwanted. Users who post such themes or links to them will be I.P. banned and we reserve the right to contact the police if we deem the offense to be of great significance.

V. Bullying and other forms of put downs are considered to be very rude and therefore unacceptable in our community. Criticism of one's poetry must be restrained and helpful. You are not to insult someone's work. You have to show respect if you want to earn it.

VI. The administration of this website reserve the right to change and/or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
